Premier VRAI repas gastronomique au "Sur Mesure" le restaurant de Thierry Marx au Mandarin Oriental à Paris.
Comme il fallait s'y attendre, les 9 plats du menu Dégustation (quand même) sont magnifiques, surprenants, intriguants... (et on pourrait continuer comme ça longtemps). Merci Landor, et merci Mr Marx pour l'invitation.

My first REAL gastronomic experience at the "Sur Mesure", Thierry Marx's restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental of Paris. Like I was expected, all 9 course of the "Degustation" menu were gorgeous, surprising... (and I could go on like that for hours). Thank you Landor, and thank you Mr. Marx for the invite.
